this whole mark kelly sedition thing is insane. the pentagons civilian leadership kicked off an investigation because he reminded troops they must refuse illegal orders, which is literally what military law requires and what we teach because of nuremberg. no force, no rebellion, no sedition. just basic ethics. the uniformed side of the pentagon isn't pushing this. the legal case isn't there. the timing made it look political, but optics aren't laws. if this ever reached a courtroom it would fall apart in minutes. someone calling fire where there ain't even any smoke
